Hi my name is Dr. James Spencer,

I am a Sports Performance Chiropractor, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.

I am originally from Sarasota, Florida and most people call me Spence. Each individual encounter or training session allows me to positively impact my client, and for that, I am excited to be able to share my passion with others.

My physical background includes kettlebells, indian clubs, steel clubs, maces, juggling, skateboarding, surfing, wakeskating, paddleboarding, slacklining, climbing trees and enjoying life in South Florida.

My passion is Movement

My mission is helping others improve their Movement potential.

Over the past decade I have been exposed to a variety of sports, movements and sports therapies.

I film and use these movement systems for tangibility of change and improvement of movement patterns. The combination of my advanced degrees in Sports Chiropractic and Athletic Training have allowed me to gain experience from traditional and holistic approaches to treatment, rehabilitation and sports performance.

My unique passion and obsession for injury prevention, movement and rehabilitation to performance have provided me opportunities to create years of individualized and systematic programs for many NFL, MLB, UFC, IBJJF, ATP, USA Rugby, Navy Seal, NCAA, Equestrian, Ironman and Crossfit Games Athletes.
